What Motherboard will work with P4 2.4

Hi,

I am ready to change my mobo (no boot up) but I would like to keep the cpu
P4 2.4ghz and the memory 4 X 256 3200 DDR.
what motherboard do you recommand?

I went with the p4p800-se you can go up to a prescott 3.4 800 and it will
work with your p4 2.4.
basically a 478 pin cpu only.
