What exactly do you want to know about it? The page in question downloads
the Visio Code Librarian, and says "The Visio® Code Librarian database
contains code snippets and modules designed to be used in developing
solutions with Microsoft® Visio 2000 and Office 2000."

A cryptic subject line, with virtually no body to the post, is usually not
the most appropriate way to ask a question.

Did you try it? Did you see the size of the download? 1KB? Did you see the name of the download? That's why I asked. Maybe it some new kind of critter download.
