Dear all,

I got Symantec Antivirus, when I chose Scan the Computer
function in it,
it should prompt up a Drive list box that let me to check/select which
drive to scan, but now it does not show the drive list box. I want to
search the old
articles in newsgroup, please suggest the suitable KEYWORD that I
should used to search to this problem quickly.

Thanks.

You assumption is not correct. When you select Scan for Virus you get a
window with an number of options. To get the list of drives you want,
choose Scan Drives from the list of options.

Is the problem seen only with NAV? To verify if this is a system-wide issue, try this:

1. Open a folder, select a file and then click "Copy this file" in the Common Dialog pane.
2. Is the "Copy items" dialog appearing empty?

OTOH, if it's a problem with NAV, contact Symantec support: www.symantec.com/search
