How do I search for multiple keywords?

Hi! :)

Suppose I want to use the search to find three files within a folder. One
file has "cat" in the filename, another has "dog" and another has "bird."
How do I get the search to look for all three keywords (or more) at once
instead of the more time consuming one at a time?

Thanx in advance :)

Use ; to separate the words :
cat;dog;bird

or

*cat*;*dog*;*bird*
