What Keystrokes open an attachment in an open e-mail?

If I have an open e-mail, is there a keystroke that will open the attachment?

I searched in outlook 2003 help and found no keyboard shortcuts for opening
attachments.
 
Press Enter to open the item
SHIFT+TAB to get back to the "Attachments" line
CTRL+SHIFT+LEFT ARROW to select the item (if more than one, CTRL+ARROW
around to the one you want and then CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW to select the one)
Right mouse key on the keyboard
Select Open
