what is wfiotv.exe

I don't know much about computers but I'm trying. My fireweall keeps asking
me to grant or block internet access to this program
C:\windows\system32\wfiotv.exe and I have no idea what it is or what it does
so I keep blocking its access. Am I stopping something I shouldn't be?

If you can't find a logical explanation in a Google search, don't accept it.

wfiotv.exe looks like a malware process. Follow the malware removal advice listed here: http://aumha.org/a/quickfix.php. This helps in eliminating most of the malware, but some complex cases require user intervention and examination of the HijackThis log. If that is the case follow step 8. "IF THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM"
