What is this? window.onerror = SymError

Why am I getting this code when I try to open certain
websites? window.onerror = SymError and this?function
SymError() { return true; } window.onerror = SymError
This code is showing up under the source. I have Norton
Internet Security 2004 and I am not running an ad
blocker. Some pages that I try to load do not fill out
the screen. It appears as though it shrank. For example
on weather.com I am missing about 2" on either side of
the screen. It is actually white. The text is correct but
not filling the screen. On msn.com I am missing about 4"
on the right hand side of the screen? Is this code
prohibiting the site to fill the screen or did I change a
setting to effect the display? Please help

Ok the code has nothing to do with my problem! Some how
some sites are resized. Smaller. Anyone know how to
expand the site to fit your screen?

If needed.

Microsoft's Scripting download
Get the latest. Two download versions are available for Windows Script 5.6.
The first version requires Windows 2000, XP; the second version requires
Microsoft Windows 98, Millenium Edition (Me), or NT 4.0. Choose the download
appropriate for your operating system.
