What is this Herbie folder all about?

Why does XP add a separate Herbie folder to my Documents and Settings
folder? It doesn't seem to be anything other than the the regular
folder would be under my name. It seems to have created it at the
start, when my computer was new, and is named named MYFIRSTNAME.HERBIE,
and contains all of the application folders, etc., in it.

I think I will have to print it out and study it a bit. I not a great
techie, but I do realize from the subject that it has to do with security.
