What is the URL for OE 6 newsgroup please?

Hi,

From this web site
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/FlyoutOverview.mspx#8, I
click outlook > general questions and I arrive here to post questions using
web interface. I understand that there is a different URL specifically for
OE (version 6.x). Would you please provide me with the exact URL please.

I tried the following and it wasn't what I wanted.

www.microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

My goal is to be able to go to a newsgroup manned by MVP's and post
questions and do research.
