What is the maximum number of records that an Access database can hold?

Hi.

It's not really the number of records, but the size of these records (and
how the fields are configured) that limits the database. One Access
database could hold one record or millions of records.

If your database is Access 2000, 2002 or 2003, then it can hold 2 GB of
data. If your database is Access 95 or 97, then it can hold 1 GB of data.
