What is the maximum character length in the Calendar Subject Line?

Hello,

I cannot find this information in the official support documentation. We
have a product that imports text, via an .ics file, into MS Outlook Calendar.
The information that is imported into the Subject line is cut off. What I
need to know is what is the official maximum amount of characters that can be
imported into the Subject Line. Does anybody know?
I have done my own testing and it appears to stop at 255 characters. Am I
correct?

Well... if you can't type beyond 255 characters, then yes, yes you're
correct.
