What is the LDAP directory window that opens at the start of Outl.

When Outlookk starts a window opens with Microsoft LDAP Directory as the
title, and it is looking to connect somewhere. I am running Outlook stand
alone, and this is causing some strange problems. Any Ideas?

Then set Outlook to use the Outlook Address Book, not an LDAP. Method
depends on your version, which you failed to post. There are countless posts
in here to tell you how to do so. Find one that matches your version.
