Hi Bob,

The SP1 version includes all critical updates released since RTM (October
2001) and the release of SP1 (Oct 2002). If you have an RTM version (release
to manufacturer), you will need SP1 plus any critical updates released since
then.

It's the final release. No changes will be made to it. Applies to anything not just OEM. Another term is Gold (colour of master disks)
 
Hi BoB,

As David alludes to, those are totally different things. RTM is the final
version of the software from testing, the one released to the public (both
to you and I, and to the big system manufacturers), everything else
afterwards is critical updates and service packs. OEM version means it is a
version offered by resellers that offers no support from MS, and often
(think preinstalled systems) only works on specific hardware.
