How to install multiple Windows updates or hotfixes with only one reboot

One has to wonder why an "operating system" insists on being rebooted after
a "hot fix"? Real operating systems don't have this nonsense.

When Microsoft stops treating its customers as thieves, I might consider
running Windoze again. Of course, I wouldn't allow it to access the
Internet. Windoze has no place on the Internet.

Dear All,

I have Win XP Home w/SP2 and i have downloaded
63 hotfixes for the above from:

http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/catalog/en/default.asp

Please someone show me the easy way to
install multiple hotfixes without restarting the pc between each
installation.

Thanking you in advance,
Carlos.
I regularly put 40 or so updates in a new PC and only reboot twice.

I put the win installer 3.1 in first then reboot. Then I put
everything else in and check the "do not restart now" box where
necessary and re-boot when I have finished.

If you use Windows Updates on a clean XP SP2 machine it installs 3
updates first, which includes, Installer 3.1, the WGA bullshit and a
Windows Update (update), then asks for a re-boot, after which it will
download and install everything else in one go.

Makes no difference. The system clock is still wrong because it reports in your
local time not his. It just keeps his post at the top until 6:48 PM (my local
time)

In Cyprus or not in cyprus the PC time is always based on standard GMT
plus or minus your regional settings.
