I have explored the bookmarking option and I just don't see the difference
between it and the Find option. I was just wondering when bookmarking is
applicable.
Thank you,

Bookmarks are used for much more than just moving the cursor to different
places in the document. The Ref field can repeat the text (or anything else)
inside a bookmark. Macros can use bookmarks to determine where to insert
variable information into the document. A partial table of contents can be
created by telling the TOC to include only the headings contained in a
specific bookmark. The IncludeText field can bring in only the text within a
specified bookmark in another document. And the list goes on...

For further examples, go to http://word.mvps.org/Search/index.htm and search
for the term "bookmark".
