What is the best way to make a inventory add and subtract?

I m making a parts database. And I want to be able to go onto a form and
select the the parts I need and have it subtracted from the inventory. I also
want the parts to be put in a list and show their bin location so I can print
off the list and find the parts. Being able to add inventory would be nice
to.

What would be the best way to start or have it set up?
