Sounds as though you're looking for something to use with Word. If that's
the case, you'd be better off asking in a newsgroup related to Word. This
newsgroup for questions about Access, the database product that's part of
Office Professional.
I have to agree with TedMi, though: more details might also be appropriate.
When you repost, at least mention what version of Word and Windows you're
using.
Maybe I'm looking more for a standard operating procedure manual. Something
that will outline the way we conduct our business along with employee
expectations.
