I need to buy a presentation controller for my company. It seems kind of
expensive to just buy a whole bunch and see which is best and Consumer's
Report doesn't do this sort of thing. What is the best program controller to
use?

Depends on your exact needs, but my personal opinion is that RF systems are
worth the investment over IR ones. Additional considerations are; do they
require special drivers be installed on the computer, are the buttons
programable, how responsive/fast is the response time between pushing the
button and the slide advancing, distance range and the size/shape of the
transmitter.

My personal picks (There are many other super great one's out there, these
are just the ones I tested and use regularly):
- Professional equipment, the PerfectCue by D'San
(http://www.dsan.com/CueLights/CueLights.asp)
- Consumer equipment, the Navigator by InterLink (http://interlinkelec.com/)
