what is the best anti-virus software?

Hi everyone,

I am currently looking for an anti-virus program. I downloaded the trial
version of bitdefender pro. It looks good but are there better programs. I
am going to use it on a multiboot system (win98, Win2K and XP pro).

there is no best anti-virus, there are only very good ones and ones you
should probably just ignore...

f-prot, kav, nod32, avg... all have proponents here...
