RSS is nothing to do with email! Really Simple Syndication is a method of
notification of changed , updated or added-to web pages or blogs.

RSS is a protocol separate of Outlook. If you don't know what it is
then you don't need it. Because RSS is NOT e-mail, many different
clients support it, like browsers.
