what is RSS and how it is benificial for new user who are using outlook first
time as a email client.

RSS stands for "real simple syndication." It is a method of publishing information on the Internet so that RSS clients, such as Outlook 2007 and IE 7, can download and display it. It's a great way to keep up with your favorite blogs, for example, especially if you like to forward information about such articles to other people. A lot more information is available in Help in Outloook 2007,
