300 Watts is fine. if you got a good brand, you could even get away
with 250Watts.

You didn't say what Video Card you have. Video Cards have there own specs on
the Power Supply needed to run them.

I have it on good authority that "Kvin said:

Take the lid off and look at the power supply unit you currently have. It
will say on the side of it. You may struggle to get anything lower than 400w
these days, though. I recently put a 400w in an old machine that used to
have a 250w (when the old power supply blew) and it seems to work fine, if
not better. The boys in the hardware group may well give you different
advice, so worth checking with the hardware pros.

There are too many variables to simply give you an accurate answer.
Google for "Power Supply Calculator" and you will find several online
utilities like this: http://www.vbutils.com/power.asp

These will provide more accurate values or estimates. As another poster
said, the video card alone can have a big power draw.

-------------

Video card is on board (built-in).Old power supply not important since it
was for old config, 20GB HDD, CDROm, less RAM memory.

200 watts are more than sufficient.
