What is OSA.EXE ?

I have never seen this OSA.exe running on my computer
before until now after I restart my computer.

OSA.EXE running in the task manager processes and I
searched for it location and it is under c:\Program
Files\Microsoft Offices\Office10 path

Does anyone know if it is a virus?
