Agent Events: Results aren't totally viewable.
I don't know the event details I can't read the entire
line!
My most huge fear is that I have allowed something to slip
by and didn't stop the pop-up in time.
When I do, the explanation is often blank.
And then when I try to research the event I am unable to
read it as it is covered by the generic Event Details
section of the program on the right side of the screen.
I even stretched all out to see if I could read the
entire "event."
I cannot copy the line either nor make it pop up and
explain itself and what happened.
If I could see such and needed to correct something,
at least I could come back here to ask and learn how to
deal with things I allowed to occur.
Or maybe the program does it for me?
Can it be fooled and accept something bad?
Can a bad or unselected event occur and we really need to
read those event descriptions, be able to copy and share
them? Or do the go into some general place/server where
all is collected and monitored?
-Also, another item that isn't viewable are the reports of
suspected spyware activity.
We submit them but no results come back to us.
Where/at what site are those located? Are we supposed to
go to that site?
How do we retrieve our requests for investigation? Or does
it matter?
What if it does and I need to take action??
Must I separate each of these questions into a different
posts?
I've done searches using the Help feature, tried to scan
and read as much as possible inside the program.
The Search function in this little forum isn't working?
I did enter: Local Page into the index and various parts
of Help and nothing came up, as an example.
This is beta but even low techies should participate so
that MS and all can make it user friendly for the most
basic of learners.
Help me be clear but get answers.
