What is Hotfix (SP1)???

I currently have about 15 programs on my comp all taking
up 11.40 MB and all are named WINDOWS HOTFIX (SP1). Can I
delete these?
 
No, unless you wish to uninstall the updates and make your computer
less secure and vulnerable to security breaches.
