None is the best, avoid any software that offers to optimize your system or
clean your registry unless you understand exactly what it's doing.

I recommend using the built in system tools that already come with Windows
Vista, clean out your temporary files, scan for viruses, spyware using your
Antivirus and Antispyware utilities on a regular basis and install the
latest device drivers, patches and updates for your operating system.

With extremely rare counterexamples, *all* such software is
counterproductive. Despite the claims made for such software, it is
mostly all snake oil, and is much more likely to hurt you than help
you.

Stay away from it all, and use Vista's built-in tool.
