And who yanked YOUR chain skippy? Apparently I MUST be a wise one if I can
make a crappy Acer perform better than they could with little or no
tweaking. People can't help if you can't set a system up. Or have crappy
hardware or whatever. You and your ilk bitch and whine while there are those
of us that can and have actually set up systems that perform quite well. So
bottom line is you need to shut your trap, and bugger off somewhere until
you actually know what the hell you are doing. Oh, and for your edification,
I did those screen shots back in December and had posted them then. If you
are smart enough to know how to Google, you can find them there.

This may have been suggested previously, but -- my Vista copy and move
function speeded up considerably after I deactivated Remote Differential
Compression on my Vista Home Premium.

Control Panel|Programs and Features|Turn Windows features on or off|Uncheck
Remote Differential Compression.
