What is fastest CPU I can use on this motherboard ?

Hi,

I have a GIGABYTE GA-M55SLI-S4 AM2 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD
Motherboard.

Would anyone know:

What is the fastest CPU I can use with this mobo? You could link me to
it's page if you want.

Another question - I see wattage ratings w/CPU like 75 or 125w. I
assume that's how power a CPU will eat up. Is there any way to figure
what wattage power supply I need?

Thanks

Major power consuming items are video cards and the processor.
Knowing what video cards you're using, would be a requirement
for an answer. If you have 20 hard drives hooked up, well that
could be pretty important too.

What is the full configuration? Your choice of graphics cards makes the most
difference.
