what is error 0x8002801d

when i select File|New and input any configuration
name,the target designer tells me
"Configuration Management Error
Code=0x8002801d" ??

i can't understand it.Who can tell me why???

This issue is discussed throughout the newsgroup and can be found by
searching Google | Groups. I believe the fix is to upgrade to vbscript 5.5
or greater.
