What is ENU?

I'm just wondering what ENU means in some of the filenames from Microsoft
downloads.

E.g. Windows2000-KB828035-x86-ENU.exe

Possibly standards for (EN)glish (U)s??? There could then be (EN)glish
(G)reat Britain??
 
ENU is English.

ENU stands for English US.
