When i need add a new server to existing environment

What is difference between add a new server to child domain or join
exit domain ?

Hello snakesboy,

If you join it to your existing domain, nothing changes except you have fault
tolerance in your Active Directory.
In a child domain you have an additional domain name, based on your root
name (root.com or childdomain.root.com) and separated administration options,
e.g. administrators can not administrate the root domain.

That depends on your configuration and what you will achive with the child
domain. Maybe go more to detail and right what's your goal.
