What is Delivery Manager?

I keep getting an error message about something called Delivery Manager.
Anyone know what this is? I think it might have something to do with watching
video but have no idea. It just started up. Any help will be appreciated.

All I can tell you is that you've got some third-party software running
at startup. It might be from a legitimate program trying to do
automatic updates (Real Player, Quicktime, Adobe, etc.) or it might be
from malware.
