what is dav.bay0.hotmail.com , 65.54.183.192 and oe.bay114.hotmail.com
why does my outlook keep trying to remote contect them ?
If my fire wall blocks any of them my outlook stops working alltoghter
when i do a search for this names i only find info they are scams and other
bad thing
if so is there a way to stop them ?

Probably you have a virus or other malware on you computer. You should
scan it with an actual virus scanner and other malware tools, e. g.
