what is csass.exe?..Help!!

When I open task mngr, I see that csass.exe is running my cpu at
100%..I can't shut it down.Is this a virus?..

You need the following:

Ad-Aware 6.0 - for removing spyware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Spybot Search & Destroy - for removing spyware
http://www.safer-networking.org/

Download, install, update, and run these and see if they rid you of the
pest. Before running the Spybot and Ad-Aware, delete temporary internet
files and internet history.

you'll need to download, install, and run HijackThis (HJT). Here's the

Then you need to get yourself a good firewall like Zone Alarm or the
built in XP firewall

You should also consider using Google Toolbar - for blocking popups
