What is COMLIB.EXE?

Working thru some error messages and possible spyware with
help of my co workers. Have had very vague general
explanations of this program/process, which shows up on my
PC as a running pricess? Search for it in Microsoft
database and don't get direct answer. What is it and can
it some times be file name for hidden spyware?
