What is CCPXYSVC.EXE?

My XP HE system slowed to a crawl and I noticed that CCPXYSVC.EXE was the
process hogging about 90% of the CPU.

Does anyone know what this is? It seems to run intermittently. Norton
antivirus doesn't seem to object to it.
