Very true, doesn't come with WinXP Home. It may have been installed when you
installed a program and is either needed by taht program or was left behind
when you uninstaled that program. If you don't like it being theer you could
move it to a temporary location, see if your computer works OK for a few
weeks, then delete it if all is well.

Not many references to it on the web, but what there is indicates that
it is a driver file for an HP Color LaserJet 2600N
