What is "ASP.NET Machine A. . ."?

After installing the .Net add-on to XP, there is now another user account
listed on my computer called "ASP.NET Machine A..." Exactly like that.
This machine is listed as having a limited account. The only other account
is the owner/administrator, me. The upshot: I have to click on the
administrator instead of the machine booting without such assistance.

Can I just delete this user? Why is it there? Any ideas?
