There are several ways to run down what an application is
and where it came from.

First - Do a search (With hidden & System folders included)
for the file. When found, Right Click it and choose the
Properties option. Click the Version tab, then look at
the fields for Company, File Version, etc. From this
data you may be able to determine what application it
is and who is the original author.
2nd - From the search data, you can locate where the module
is loaded. With luck, the Program Files path may lead to
which application or Malware it belongs to.
3rd - Do a search through the Registry for the full name of the
module. Most likely, it will appear in one of the Run keys
or as a Service Start call.

Once you know these pieces of information, you can move on
to Add/Remove programs to uninstall it or know what Malware
you are trying to remove.

Someone might be able to help you, but you would actually
have to come back here to see the replies. Posting the
question repeatedly isn't going to get you more help.

Whatever it is, it's new or undocumented. A Google search
for all the variations of it's name only return one hit, the post
on this Newsgroup.
