Error Message !!!!!!

I have a game on my system I have been playing for two years with no
trouble. The game is 3D Live Pool. Now when I go to the short cut on my desk
top I receive the following message.
"3D Live Pool.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience". Does anyone no what would cause this and how to fix
it. I have send the report like it ask but do not no where to go from here.
I'am running
XP with service pack 3 installed. Thank You Chip

The best bet is to contact the software vendor. The error reporting is
simply an automated collection tool from Microsoft, and doing so will not
resolve the problem or make it go away.

The best people to troubleshoot what is causing the problem would be the
people that made the game. It looks like it could be Top Pop Games/Etium
Software. If so, they can be reached at (e-mail address removed), or
http://forums.toppopgames.com.

If you still have the install file (or CD if you received it on some kind of
media) you may be able to uninstall and reinstall the game to resolve the
problem, but that not only depends on what is causing the problem (for
example if there is a problem with DirectX, or your video card/driver), and
could also wipe out settings, saved high scores, etc.
