what is an xll

when I launch excel i get this visual basic error

"run-time error '53'"file not found: Pasxll.xll"

the files appear to be in the xlstart directory
 
It's an Excel add-in created in C++. You might locate what it is under
Tools > Add-Ins and see what is checked in the list.
