scxadd32.xll automatically opens each time Excel is opened

We have a user that each time she opens Excel XP, a file
called scxadd32.xll automatically opens up. This file is
found here: C:\Documents and Settings\hillj.001
\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Recent\scxadd32.xll.
She can delete the annoying file, but it always gets
recreated when she opens Excel the next time.

My first thought is to uninstall Office XP and then
reinstall it.

Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions
appreciated. Thank You.

I'm not familiar with this exact scenario, but try looking
in tools/options and then under the general tab. It may
be a startup file listed in excel or the startup location.
