What is a Tag in an outlook message?

I am told that a Tag can be applied to a message in order that I can see any
BCC addressees, is that true and if so how do I do it?

Who told you that and what is a tag?

If you sent the message in question, you can add the BCC field to the view
and see who you sent it to, but you can't do anything to see who else was
BCC'd on messages you receive.

Diane,

Hi thanks for the advice, I was told by a work colleague who recokns that a
Tag enables you to check who has been BCC'd and/or allows you to be included
in all messages. I am not entirely certain what he was aiming to achieve,
apart from Big Brother, stuff, but I know that he is a control freak and that
is likely to be his motivation!!

There is no "tag" for a recipient to see who was BCC'd. That's not to say
that Big Brother (aka your employer) can't track who employees send as BCC -
they will not know who BCC's you from outside the organization as the
senders SMTP server drops the envelope.
