I have a message from outlook email and am unable to send or receive
messages. When I hit send and recieve the message reads server error
0X800CCC90 Your incoming (POP3) email server has reported an internal error.
Server repsonded: X-SPAM-STATUS: NO,hits=2.04 required=3.50
tests=DATE_MISSING,ONE_WORD_SUBJECT version=3.1

I have deleted all messages in the inbox and junk folder. When I hit the
send and recieve ALL of the DELETED messages come back but I can not receive
new messages.

PLEASE HELP!! I am at work and no one knows how to solve this problem. IT
is on vacation and my work consists mainly within email.

Version of Outlook?
Do you have only one account configured?
Contact your ISP to verify that they don't have any issues at the moment.
