Are you ready to learn a little about registry cleaner software? If
you are experiencing slow performance from your computer, you can
likely get it running quickly and smoothly again with a registry
cleaner. Get ready to learn why your computer slows down over time and
how regular use of a registry cleaner can prevent it from happening as
often.
Before we get into the details of registry cleaners, let's cover just
a little information concerning how your computer runs and why it
slows down over time. Don't worry ... this will only include the
basics!
If you're running any version of Windows on your computer, then you
have a Windows registry. This Windows Registry is where all the
information about your computer is stored. The registry includes
installation data about the software you run and all of your
computer's preferences, settings, and registry keys. Pretty much
everything about your computer is filed away in the Windows registry.
The registry starts to build up over time as entries accumulate. You
may begin getting these annoying errors more frequently when you start
up your computer. In extreme instances you will experience computer
freeze-ups and possibly even system crashes....

No, that's not what a registry cleaner does. What it most likely does
is screw up your computer. I strongly suggest you avoid using any
registry cleaning program. Cleaning of the registry isn't needed and
is dangerous. Leave the registry alone and don't use any registry
cleaner. Despite what many people think, and what vendors of registry
cleaning software try to convince you of, having unused registry
entries doesn't really hurt you.

The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner erroneously
removing an entry you need is far greater than any potential benefit
it may have.

Freeware registry cleaners can trash your PC at no cost $$$ to you.
Those registry cleaner utilities that cost money are best known
for cleaning your wallet and then trashing your PC.
