What is a PFN_LIST_Corrupt error?

I just turned on my XP PC and got onto the internet and
wham.. it crashed and the blue screen came up with this
error. PFN_LIST_CORRUPT How can I fix it? The STOP code
was 0x0000004E
(0x00000099,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)
