What is a check sheet in Access?

For a college class, my instructor's syllabus says do not print the queries
but to print Check Sheet for Queries Document. I can't find a check sheet
anywhere. Can somebody help me.

I don't believe anything called 'check sheet' exists in Access. I've been
doing Access programming for 9 years. I would ask for clarification from the
Prof.

Maybe the Query Designer (with the schema), excluding the generated sql
statement?
