What interactive due date alert software is there to use w/ATX?

What interactive due date alert software is there to use w/ATX? I need to be
able to use current client list from ATX or Excel w/it. I need it have the
due date notification capabilities, similar to Outlook.

What do you mean by ATX? Access?

Create a query which compares the appropriate date to be less than or
equal to todays date. Then use that query in a form.
