What if there is no Security Tab?

Hi
My Windows XP Pro has joined to a workgroup. I can't find the "Security Tab" in the properties. What can i do to change the security setting of a Folder, drive or directory? How can i find/add the security tab if i can find it in the properties of "Folder", "File", or "Directory"

Thank for your help in advance.

Roy;
You need to be NTFS and also disable Simple File Sharing:

Or, if using NTFS, you can keep using simple sharing and
use an F8 safe mode boot to access the security dialog in
the filesystem objects' properties.
