I don't like 2007 and do not want to purchase it. But I don't see my old Word
program on my computer. If I remove 2007 from programs do I then have no Word
Program? and loose all of my files?

Hi Bunky,

You should not lose any of your document files (.doc, .docx, .dot) by
removing Word 2007. You will well end up with no Word program if you allowed
2007 to replace existing applications. At that point, you'd need to find your
installation disks for Office 2003 and re-install any missing software. Make
sure to reapply service packs for Office 2003 after re-installing it.

Please note that this newsgroup is for Q&A pertaining to the use of
Microsoft Access, not Word or any other application.
