What happened to my Attachment line?

It used to be when I clicked on the paper clip, and "Attachment" line
appeared at the top of the e-mail I was sending. I must have changed
something, because now all attachments are embedded in the text of my
e-mail. How can I reset this to the old way?

Hi Gerry,

I'm not sure if this is the fix but I've found that if you try to attach a
document & Outlook is set to HTML format then it attaches it at the top.
If it's set to Rich Text it embeds it into the text.
